A nice apartment located in a quiet area just a few steps from the heathland but nevertheless close to the town center.

The apartment is located in Schneverdingen's natural park "Höpen". Built in 1985, the fachwerk style building originally served as a storehouse. It is surrounded by old oak and beech trees and just a few steps (< 0.5 km) away from nice hiking trails and vast heathlands. The town centre can easily be reached on foot (~10-minute walk). The apartment is located on a dead-end street in a quiet area.

The apartment consists of a living-room/bedroom, a kitchen with a cosy corner unit, a bathroom with shower, and a small storage room. On the top floor, which can be reached via an external staircase, there is also a living-room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Heating, cable television, telephone, internet, and radio are included.

A small grill as well as a lawn with terrace can be found on the property (size 3250 sqm). In addition, you also have your own terrace. A parking space is available next to the apartment.

The apartment features a modern kitchen. Restaurants and cafes are in walking distance.
