The information building provides details of the historic hydroelectric power plant. It is the only one in Germany that still works with old machines.
The hydroelectric power plant is a technical monument. It can also be visited by appointment. A film from 1972 about the hydroelectric power plant is shown in the information building. In addition, information is also presented about the lock, a historic ferry and the River Aller.
