The heath village of Eyendorf is located in the immediate vicinity of the "Lüneburg Heath" nature reserve and thus on the largest contiguous heathland in Europe. The rural Eyendorf offers ideal conditions for recreation and vacation in nature and invites you to discover it.

• Eyendorf windmill: The Eyendorf windmill was built in 1897 and carefully renovated for the last time in 2019. Contrary to its original use, couples in love now have the opportunity to say "I do" at this extraordinary location. The "Association for the Preservation of the Eyendorf Windmill" also offers guided tours of the mill by prior arrangement. Further information here
• Water tower: The old water tower was put into operation in 1913 and was used until 1960. It was extensively restored around 30 years ago. There is an inscription on the water tower commemorating the centenary of the Wars of Liberation.
• War memorial: The war memorial was erected in 1924 and commemorates the "fallen and missing of the great wars".
