We offer asparagus, strawberries and rhubarb from our own production in the half-timbered gable. We also have various recipes for green, white and purple asparagus. For larger quantities, please order in advance. During the season, we also offer: fresh eggs, potatoes, ham, sauces, a selection of German wines, floristry items and much more...
Happy cows - the finest taste!
In 2020, we started to establish a small Chianina breed on our farm in the Lüneburg Heath. The cattle, which originally come from Italy, can lead a happy life with us in species-appropriate husbandry. From May to October, our Chianina cattle can be found on the farm's extensive pastures; the rest of the year they spend in large, airy straw stables. As we still produce the majority of our feed ourselves, we can offer our animals particularly high-quality food.
Chianina cattle are considered the largest breed of cattle in the world. The meat from these animals is a delicacy and an absolute rarity in Germany. The "Bistecca alla Fiorentina", which traditionally only comes from Chianina cattle, is particularly well-known. In autumn 2021, we are therefore offering you the opportunity to enjoy this Tuscan specialty for the first time.
In our cake barn, you can get delicious cakes and coffee specialties to take away at weekends and on public holidays.

The farm store is open daily from 8:00-18:00 during the asparagus and strawberry season.
