Hi, I'm Heike Harms, your new hostess at the Kaffeehaus an der Schwindequelle. I come from Schwinde on the Elbe with a lot of gastronomy in my blood.

I was practically born with a passion for good food and the cookbooks of my mother, aunt and grandmother are a priceless treasure and the basis for everything.

My many travels have inspired me in culinary terms and I have been able to learn a lot from my colleagues. Discovering new things and incorporating them into my cuisine is my passion.

And if you fancy something new and tried and tested, then you are very welcome.
