The cozy holiday home used to serve as a granary. The historic building is more than 400 years old and is one of the oldest buildings in the southern heath.

The "Bauern-Speicher" Anno 1606 in Nordburg, Flotwedel municipality belongs to a former farm and is located in the southern Lüneburg Heath (Südheide region) near Wienhausen. The location of the house in the idyllic Allertal valley is ideal for a vacation close to nature with cycling and hiking.

Our former farm has a very quiet location in the Celler Land, in the Südheide region. Our small village Nordburg has only 150 inhabitants and is located between Wienhausen (6km) and Langlingen (3km). 

The environment:

The Celler Land is known for its well-developed network of hiking and biking trails through the varied meadows, forests and heathlands and along the River Aller. The "Allerradweg" offers beautiful routes for cyclists in particular. The Aller leads directly past Nordburg and our campsite "Am Allerstrand" in Schwachhausen. Nearby there are also many idyllic old ponds of the Aller, which invite you to linger. You can fish in the farm's own ponds.

The house is very lovingly and completely furnished and has direct access to the sun terrace in the idyllic garden with a view of meadows and forest. Bright living room with an open-plan kitchen area (completely fitted kitchen and dishwasher. 2 bedrooms, shower / toilet, satellite TV, CD radio and internet WiFi, central heating. Washing machine, dryer, cot and grill are available.
