An idyllic lake in the middle of the city, dense autumn forests of the northern heath, a climb to the second highest hill on Lüneburg Heath with a 360-degree panoramic view of the autumn coloured valley at the foot of Brunsberg, a descent into the mystical Höllenschlucht (Hell’s gorge) and the natural wonder of Büsenbachtal characterize this varied day trip. Brunsberg also changes with the different seasons, but the view of the church towers of Hamburg and the view of Wilseder Berg remain constant. The picturesque Büsenbachtal crowns the tour with autumnal mysticism and tranquillity.
