The
reconstructed Peetshof has been furnished with a careful selection of antique
furniture and implements that are representative of life in the country around
1900. This explains how the farm has now come to house a farm museum, an
agricultural museum, a peat museum, and an apiary museum. Alongside three
brunch-and-beer events organised by the tourist office, the local historical
society’s annual summer festival is another highlight on Peetshof’s calendar of
events.
