We regard our chickens as our employees and we want them to feel at home here.

In addition to eggs, the range also includes chicken as a processed product in the variants chicken pot, chicken sour meat, vegetable chicken pot, stock and pâtés. These variants are packaged in glass jars and have a shelf life of approx. one year. The Fleischkäs can be kept in the fridge for a few weeks and is suitable for roasting or grilling, while the Lyoner can be used as a cold cut on bread. Of course you can also get our animals frozen as soup chicken. The broth from our chickens is very tasty and strong, as the animals reach an age of 2.5 years. No chicken in the supermarket has been running around in the meadow for that long. And the older the chicken, the better the broth.
In 2014, we started rearing brother chickens. These are also available all year round as whole frozen roast chickens. If you want a broiler chicken or soup chicken cut up, you can buy it freshly slaughtered and cut it up yourself. You can then freeze the pieces individually. Slaughtering dates are announced on this homepage or you can write me an e-mail to be added to the mailing list for slaughtering dates. Apples and potatoes are also in the small, manageable range.
With the exception of the apples from the old country, all products come from our farm. This gives us a good feeling, because we know how the products were created and how much love went into them.
